This is my second year at Barcelo and I was very disappointed. The staff was not very nice besides a handful of them. The bed was awful there was still sand on our floor in our room. The TV kept losing signal. The WiFi connection was awful. We would lose it every two minutes. The restaurants were okay. The Italian restaurant L’Olio is amazing! The Arubian Seafood was delicious! The buffet is the worst. Nothing good there ever. I was very disappointed with the stay. The only up side to this resort is the location and price but I still think I paid too much for not receiving anything good.

Me encantó todo lo único que no me pareció fue que si es un all inclusive no teníamos agua ni sodas en la refrigeradora teníamos que bajar algún restaurante a pedirlo ni café solo la cafetera con filtro y pienso que eso no tendría que ser así después de eso la gente fue súper linda el lugar hermoso
