The manager would not swap our room, nor negotiate the price, nor refund, despite trying to negotiate for an hour. We could not contact Hotels.com as their website was down and our phone went flat. "It's a new family run guesthouse just opened. Some small things are still under renovation in the house. But in some days I think will be ready. It's so calm the area and the family is helpful. The room is huge and the mattress is so good!"
