"I’m typically not one to be negative … but the room I was given smelled absolutely horrible… like rancid fast food mixed with body odor. I got in late and just dealt with it. I eventually cracked the sliding window as far as it would go and tried to sleep on the window bench with my face pressed to the window screen for fresh air. I’ve stayed at other Wyndham hotels and had a wonderful experience. This was truly terrible and I should have asked for a new room. It was so late I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone. Also, the toilet handle was off it chain & the seal was up so when I arrived the toilet was running continuously. I fixed this so as to be able to use the facility."

"Room was very clean and bright and spacious. Bed was clean and well made. Breakfast was very good, hot sausage patties, eggs and hash brown potatoes. Or they had waffles, toast and cold cereal selection. Coffee was very good and also had cold juice available. This motel is one that I would definitely return to next visit."

"The property was dirty in almost every respect: stains on the carpet and couch in the room, stains and rips in the towels, the shower sutras. Looked like it had mold on the bottom, never replaced the Kleenex, an item that was not trash was mistaken for trash and taken, the elevator flooring was ripped, the elevator sound like it may fail at any moment, ripped paint on the mirror, poor lighting in the bathroom, the pool area had trash and cigarette butts, and the pool is very cold - not heated as advertised. Some of the staff are great, but others are surly and seem to be upset that you are there. This hotel needs a complete refurbishment."

"Walk in at check in they were confused on the number of nights. There was an elevator but no where near the lobby. Room was not cleaned our dog found a baggy and lighter under recliner. Not toiletries. Tv remote was behind the nightstand. The phone in the room was for decoration we assume because we couldn't get ahold of the front desk. House keeper was awesome, she gave us everything we asked for. Oh and they dont have DO NOT DISTURB signs"

"Not the best looking hotel from the outside. The room I was in was amazing. Very clean I’d recommend. Don’t judge a book (hotel) by its cover (the outside). The staff in every shift was friendly and professional. Thank you all!"

"This hotel has so much potential. A lobby and bar that is a 'ghost town.' Bar area looks nice however, never in use. Rooms could use some thorough cleaning. So much dust on tables, chairs & furniture getting run down. Needed a place to stay for one night however, next time I would rather pay a little more for cleaner & better amenities. Thankfully, bedding, bathroom & towels appeared clean. Staff was nice."

"The only reason we booked was for a quick over night and they had a pool and water slides but were closed had we known that we would have booked somewhere else. Staff had told us many different reason but all in all the hotel is very run down. "
