Everything was great and we were able to giv3 my husband a nice getaway for his 60th. Amazing sunsets and stars. The only thing we would recommend is bringing a topper for the downstairs beds and sponges for cleaning the dishes. Overall a wonderful property!

This was one of the nicest, cleanest and most well-stocked rental homes we have ever stayed in! My family and I stayed in the home for 4 days while we visited Acadia NP, which was about a 35-minute drive away. The home itself was obviously remodeled from a little camp cottage into a modern and lovely vacation home that is beautifully furnished. Its location right on the water was so peaceful and made for gorgeous views from the home's decks, balcony and through the many windows. The home was also outfitted with pretty much everything you could imagine - from kayaks and a canoe (and the lifejackets to go with them) to games for a rainy day to baskets of toiletries in case you forgot anything. The owners/property manager also start you off with some spring water and provide toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, spices - the list goes on! As I said, it was the most well-stocked home we have ever stayed in! And not to forget we were welcomed with a basket filled with tea, local coffee, and a bag of cookies :-). The beds were comfortable and all of the furnishings and appliances were in excellent condition, as were the grounds. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Brandi, the property manager, was also very quick to answer any questions I had during our stay. We hope to stay at this home again, but next time we would stay longer so we could spend more time relaxing in this lovely home and enjoying the beauty of Patten Pond. 5+ stars!
