  • Oceanfront contemporary on private beach with fantastic views of Union River Bay and the mountains of Acadia National Park. Floor to ceiling windows in the first floor living area allow for spectacular ocean and natural views. Two bedrooms and bath are located on the first floor and two bedrooms and bath on the second floor. The walk-out basement overlooks Union River Bay and includes two bedrooms, a second family room, a second laundry and a second kitchen. The loft area is equipped with a billiard table and leather seating looking down upon the living area or toward the breathtaking views of Mount Desert Island.

    Note: Quoted rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Additional fees apply for more than 10 guests.
