Completely renovated holiday home in Surtainville on the edge of the dunes, 600 m from the sea, quiet and relaxing location ideally located to rest and enjoy the great beaches of the coast.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room, living room, shower room, separate toilet and office with sofa bed.
UPSTAIRS: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and wardrobe and 1 other bedroom with 2 90 cm beds with wardrobe.
OUTSIDE: large terrace, garden furniture, table and 6 chairs, parasol, 2 sunbeds, barbecue, petanque court.
EQUIPMENT: fibre optic, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dishwasher, combi coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction hob, oven, travel cot and baby chair on request.

Pets allowed as long as they respect the house, fenced grounds.
Non-smoking house.

Bed linen and towels are available on request.

A cleaning fee of €60 will be requested on arrival, €80 if pets.

PROXIMITY: Village at 1.7 km with supermarket, bakery, tobacconist/newsagent, hairdresser and restaurant. Beach at 600 m, Supermarkets at 10 min.
The surrounding towns: Barneville-Carteret, Les Pieux, Bricquebec, less than 15 minutes by car.
LEISURE: Water sports, equestrian centre 10 km away by car. Cherbourg and its "city of the sea" 30 km away, the D-Day landing beaches 40 minutes away.
The Biscuiterie de Sortosville-en-Beaumont is 12 km away, Le Mont St Michel is 2 hours away.
