"What a lovely cottage right on the river! The cottage was immaculately clean and decorated tastefully. We had a good experience communicating with David. We really enjoyed sitting in the chairs right by the river as well as the table top fire on the deck. The weather was glorious and we were able to check out one of the local trails. "My family was down for the Spartan race weekend. The property is in a perfect location for proximity to the mountain, as well as Beaches and playgrounds for the kids. It comfortably fit four adults and two kids, and the fenced yard was great for the dog. Michael is a thoughtful and responsive owner, and we are looking forward to staying again next time we are down."

"What a beautiful place. Easy drive to the academy for graduation. Because of its location we didn’t run into any traffic until we were at the highway near the gates. Great place to come back to just to relax after an exhausting time with our cadets graduation activities. Plenty of room! "Thank you Ginny we had a lovely stay at your cottage. Was exactly as pictured! Was perfect for a night away. The only feedback we have is there was no body wash/soap or shampoo (but 3 bottles of conditioner) for the shower. And also in the main bedroom, the center support of the bed frame would shift even just getting into and out of bed. We were a little concerned it might give way but it held and mattress was comfortable. Besides those notes we would definitely recommend staying here!"

"We liked the place it was relaxing. However we dont know when it happened, but we werent notified til a day or 2 before arrival that the sauna had been destroyed.due to a storm. Also bring socks or slippers as there are signs upon arrival of no shoes allowed in house."
