"Endless problems from freeway noise despite being told the room would be a quiet one; shower head coming out of the wall and unable to be adjusted at all; broken tub drain plug left loose in tub; dirty tub and slow drain if trying to use the shower; locked out of our room due to faulty security "flap' on door engaging without our knowledge when we left for the day; front desk misrepresented ability to get any maintenance out and took about 90 mins for someone to come when we got back and found the problem, causing us to have to cancel our evening dinner and last night plans entirely; maintenance ended up having to break the door in to get into our room and was rude and quite upset at having had to come in after hours; keys were deprogramed prior to check out so we had to carry our luggage down the stairwells to our car when the elevator wouldn't work; new site manager was totally unresponsive to our concerns; front desk failed to write up our concerns in the log so they'd be handled by the relief shift. After the trip we wrote to the manager and he still ignored our requests. Marriott Bonvoy, after multiple phone calls, gave us points but we still paid full price for the room for both nights despite a non-functioning tub, the noise and all other issues outlined here. I use Marriott a great deal for travel. This was a dreadful experience from start to finish."

"We were told it would be a non-smoking room, and booked our trip. When we got in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke inside the room, which we thought would dissipate. After three hours, the smell got worse, and there was a heavy smell of marijuana around, probably from someone in another room. Also, there was a lot of pet hair on the bed. My wife was pregnant so she was physically nauseous due to the smells and we had to leave. Management promised us a refund, but later the story changed and we still had to pay for 2 nights even when we were there less than 3 hours."

"Day of my stay there was a seminar of some sort with kids. Zero control. Screaming, running, loud, at breakfast no manners and unfortunately staff allowed it all. They were the important guests but us that just wanted a peaceful night could not. Just for informational, the pillows are absolutely horrendous as well."
