"If you’re American and you’re accustomed to large rooms, you need to put your expectations down a little bit because the rooms are traditionally small. There are no washcloths in the bathroom like in the US so bring a sponge for your showers, but that’s most of the hotels in Rome. The staff extremely friendly and they do speak English and Spanish.. The breakfast buffet is pretty much croissants, bakery items and hard-boiled eggs and some cereal and oatmeal but apart from that that’s pretty much what you get for what you pay. There is a local grocery store and two restaurants and McDonald’s but the menu at McDonald’s is completely different apart from the cheeseburger and a big Mac mostly everything is different but you should like something there .. the restaurants are across the street, including a Chinese Japanese restaurant which has all you can eat and the Italian restaurant has pretty good pizzas and burgers served with egg lol. Sounds weird, but it is pretty good. The grocery store has pretty much anything you could need if you want to purchase toiletries get a salad, a snack pizza or anything you can think of ..I think the thing that compliments this hotel is the cats and dogs that run around extremely friendly so don’t worry they’re practically mascots. lol.a Uber or taxi will cost you about $65 one way from the airport. If you’re staying a day before for your cruise this place is not that far from the cruise port about 31 min.taxi $115.train-8$.uber to train $20-40"

"The room was clean but strongly smelled smoke and its a non smoking hotel. I am allergic to cigarretts and its smoke so even though the hotel was nice and the brakfast was good that smell specially when turned on the AC was terrible"

"The WhatsApp staff were amazing. The breakfast was great wish it had opened earlier. Only enjoyed it one day out of three because we had to catch the train into Rome by 8 the two other mornings"

"We stayed for 2 nights. The location of this hotel is perfect for a stay in Bracciano. It is just a stones throw from the castle, which we really enjoyed visiting. The rooms were clean & quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would suggest reserving a parking space with your reservation, as parking is a challenge without it. We would definitely stay again."

"My wife and I enjoy staying at this hotel when we travel through Rome. It a beautiful property with great service and all the amenities you need. It located just off the Grande Raccordo which makes it easy to get in and of of the area for car travel. Rooms are very clean and well stocked with water (sparkling and flat), tea and coffee. All the bathroom amenities you need. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Breakfast offers a great assortment and service is the best!"
