Newly Listed 3 Bedroom House in Suttons Bay Close to Downtown

  • Enjoy your vacation in this clean and comfortable 3 bedroom house located in Suttons Bay. It is less than 2 miles from downtown and close to Hop Lot Brewing Co. The fully-equipped kitchen has lots of extra amenities. There is a large family room with a reclining sectional sofa, fireplace, and 65 inch tv. The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs. There is also an island/bar with 2 barstools.

    The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 smaller bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and one has a full (double) size bed. All bedrooms have new mattresses and a 40 inch tv. There are 2 full bathrooms, both with showers. Body wash and shampoo are provided. The four seasons porch has a sofa with a full size pull out bed.

    Plenty of essentials are available for your use. Bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels and beach chairs. There is a queen size air mattress if needed. Basic cleaning supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and hand soap are provided. A gas grill is located in the 2 stall garage. 2 fishing pole are available.

    There are a variety of family board and card games for a quiet evening in. There is a pack-n-play, highchair, and toddler dishes & silverware.

    Located close to Grand Traverse Bay beaches, world-class wineries, cherry orchards, hiking trails, local shops and restaurants.

    Ideal for a relaxing week wine tasting, sitting on the beach, or exploring scenic Northern Michigan.

This house was perfect for our adult family of 5. It is so much nicer than even the pictures showed. We arrived after dark and the string of lights helped us find the house easily. The bed linens and towels were soft and luxurious. Both the kitchen and bathrooms had more than what we needed for our (too) short stay. Everything was well organized and easy to find. The LR furniture was top quality and was perfect for what we needed. The power reclining sofa was so nice. We loved the country setting and were so surprised to see that the town was so close. We enjoyed the chairs out front and the peaceful setting. Loved the shops and choice of restaurants. We ate at Boones Prime Time Pub and all of our meals were excellent. We even found a farmers market in town on Saturday morning. We all can’t wait to return for a longer visit.

Beautiful, spacious, and very clean home located near downtown. We loved all the shops/restaurants/parks/beach, and more. Our family had so much fun staying here!! The beds were super comfortable, and the home had everything we needed to make it a perfect vacation. Can’t wait to stay at this place again in the future!
