1.2 miles from 45th Parallel Park/Beach along M-22. Property has a large, open yard surrounded by beautiful hardwoods. The neighborhood is rural and agricultural. We love this property because it is very private.

There is plenty of parking. The driveway is flat and can easily accommodate a boat trailer.

This house is perfect for bigger families, while providing some unique privacy for parents and couples. Enjoy rejuvenating in the Grande Hot Springs hot tub in the private backyard, relaxing on the expansive wrap around deck with gorgeous forest views, and making memories around the campfire, fireplace, pool table, and ping pong table.

Reverse Osmosis Filter provides you with pure drinking water at the kitchen sink... no need to bring/buy bottled water!

In this house, we have our favorite couch, our favorite mattresses, our favorite hot tub, our favorite dining room table, and our favorite ping-pong table. We love coming here to enjoy them and think you will too!

You will have ample parking in our driveway. We also have extra parking on the side of the garage. We have a 2 acre lot with lots of woods surrounding our place.

We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $60 per pet. Here are some pet rules we ask you to abide by:
– Housebroken pets only
– Please crate your pet if you leave your pet home alone.
– Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
– Please keep pets off of furniture, beds , and carpeted bedrooms.
- Please wipe their paws off before coming into the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY (If using VRBO to book, please look carefully at this as it is not accurately represented by VRBO in the booking window.) Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus the 10% processing fee). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (minus the 10% processing fee). Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
