There was a heavy smoker in the room at some recent point before me and the room wreaked. I can tell the cleaning staff tried to cover it up but that just made it worse. It seemed like the parking lot is a designated weed smoking area and people took liberal advantage of it. And this was a Sunday night. I would not go back

I loved our stay we arrived earlier than our check in and they had our room available the food was good all the staff were super nice and extending our stay wasn’t hard either the only thing was the hotel was out of plastic utensils 5stars

-Elevator was not working so it would have been nice to have been offered help to take our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. -The young man working the desk the night of 10/20 was extremely nice and courteous. -We tried to order room service for breakfast and the phone continued to ring busy so we were never able to do that. -Even though a Starbucks is in the hotel, it would have been nice to have had a coffee pot in the room especially since we could not order from our room. -Shower soap containers were empty. -Room was very clean and spacious.

Double charge
I reserved a king bed & paid in advance through hotels.com but when I checked in I got queen beds & paid again. The front fest didn’t inform me about the additional charge of $120. I realized it when I checked out. They said they would reimburse the money but I haven’t got it after 5 days. They should have checked my reservation carefully.

Poor communication from the staff at checkin. Ice machine wasn’t working and we had to call about the tv to get it working. Bar opens late if at all. I won’t be going back in the future.
