"There is a lift, and the bed is comfortable and clean. There is a set of toiletries on entry.
The bathroom was clean, shower had good water pressure and was warm.
However, the walls would benefit from cleaning. The light fixing just has a main light.
The hotel says there is heating however it was cold the first night then on the second night in -7 degree there was no heating in the room.
It's main function is a love hotel and sound proofing seemed sort of okay, some noises were still audible...

"Property did not have an elevator. Room was way too small but the bathroom was nice and big. The place is old and not too clean needs renovation. Need more English speaking speaker even if it is a little. Did not feel too safe if you're a solo traveller. I would not recommend that. "

"I recently had the opportunity to stay at this new hotel. On a positive note, the staff were very nice and accommodating. I also appreciated the convenient communal area, which offered a nice selection of water, coffee, and some snacks.
However, my experience was hampered by the room design. I found the space quite claustrophobic. The room featured only one tiny window, which made the space feel confined, and disconnected from the outside world. If you are someone who appreciates natural light...

"The location, property, and cleanliness were excellent. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on it personally, but I heard that it was very good.
Some staff members were kind and professional, while others were smiling but not particularly kind, helpful or proactive. I stayed at the Lotte Hotel near City Hall two years ago and was deeply impressed by the kindness of the staff, which influenced my decision to stay at this location. Unfortunately, the level of service and hospitality here was not comparable. That said, this did not apply to every staff member, only some.
I found the service at the neighboring Sofitel to be much better, although I preferred the rooms and facilities at Lotte.
I also ordered in-room dining, but the food was mediocre, especially considering the high price, which was very disappointing.
I do not think I would stay here again. However, for families traveling with children, this could be an excellent choice because of its convenient location, rooms, and facilities."
"The hotel is in a brilliant location to explore Seoul and in particular the night market. The hotel itself is good, clean, and good amenities however the rooms are small particularly if there teenagers are sharing as my children were and limited storage. Breakfast was good and staff helpful."
"First of all the location is perfect! Close to all the main attractions, metro and bus stations! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was impeccably cleaned every day, the view was amazing!! Breakfast was good but almost the same every day, some changes would be nice. One negative element though.. We were a couple and out 11 year old daughter and there was only one bed and it was not even king. It was barely comfortable but we managed..."
