New villa with private pool in the heart of the village - sleeps 4

Villa Chardonnay - In the heart of the Drôme Provençale, a few steps from the centre of Suze-la-Rousse and its castle, home to the wine university, Villa Chardonnay offers a comfortable setting for a family stay. The house is entirely on one level, adapted for people with reduced mobility, and located in an enclosed garden that guarantees safety and tranquillity.



She is part of a closed set of two twin houses: only the secure private parking is shared. Each villa has its own entirely private outdoor space (garden, 3.5x5 m swimming pool and petanque court), separated by an opaque divider to preserve privacy.



The living area, air-conditioned and bathed in light, combines an equipped kitchen, dining room and living room open onto the terrace and swimming pool. Two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds, each have their own shower room with an Italian-style shower. An independent toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine complete the ensemble.



Baby bed and high chair available. Senseo coffee machine. Pets not allowed. Electric car charging possible (€30/stay). Deposit required: €750 (bank imprint).
