If management is reading this, please this place is in dire need of a rehab. The front desk is a mess. It should be organized.
I was checked into a room, where the mirror looked like someone had smashed it. I came back down stairs immediately. None of the outlets worked as I also try to plug the tea kettle into a few outlets before I saw the smashed mirror.
Came back down stairs to be given another room. I asked if housekeeping could come with me to make sure the outlets worked. It did and she left. it wasn't until she left that I caught wind of the room. it was a smoking room, and I have severe allergies.
By that time I was simply over it, and after days of travelling, I was too exhausted to even come down stairs to ask for another room.
My room was full of dust, the corners had dust, it looked like no one had vacuumed in a while. I was so disappointed as the photos made it look like an amazing hotel.
It was between this and another hotel in the same price, and a few other that were pricier. I went with this one because of the photos. I was regretting it. it was a far DiDi ride from the rail station.
The restaurant was on another floor. Both times I went, and both times it looked as if the restaurant has not been open. I don't know if it ever was.
I dislike leaving negative reviews, but it just seems as if the people working here, especially housekeeping just stop working and hope people will just accept the price range for the condition the room was in.
