ホテルは従業員対応も含め五つ星！しかしホテルドットコムの対応は悪い

ホテルは広大な敷地内にありゆっくり滞在するには非常に良い環境です。湖のほとりにあり暖かい時期だと景色も良くのんびりと過ごせます。朝ごはんも問題なく美味しかったです。部屋も問題なく五つ星ホテルといった感じでした。フロントの方や従業員の方も結構親切でした。しかし…ホテルドットコムで予約したのにチェックイン時に予約が入っていないとフロントで言われ国際電話でわざわざ日本のホテルドットコムに私が問い合わせしないといけませんでした。ホテルドットコムでは予約が入っていましたがこちらのホテルには予約されてませんでした。なのでなかなかチェックインできずロビーで1時間ほど待ってしまいました。でもホテルの方はみんな親切で予約が入ってるかわからないですが部屋に入って連絡とれるまでゆっくりしてもらっていいですよ！とすごく親切にしてくれました。おそらく日本のホテルでもここまでの対応はしてくれないだろうと思いました。ホテルの従業員の方には感動しました。しかしホテルドットコムの対応はガッカリでした。国際電話してるのにこの電話代も払ってくれないしお詫びの連絡もないですし…。でもホテルはほんとにゆっくり滞在できますのでゆっくりしたい方にはオススメです^o^周辺には湖とゴルフ場とケンピンスキーホテルだけですのでコンビニとかはありません。でもタクシーに乗ればすぐですので問題ありません。
