Fantastically beautiful holiday home with sea views in a cosy, listed area near the harbour.



Look forward to this inviting two-storey townhouse that combines rustic elements with modern accents. Beautiful details await you everywhere - from the elegant kitchen doors to the original design of the staircase. On the 1st floor you will find two large bedrooms, one of which has access to a balcony with enchanting sea views.



The highlight is an outdoor rock terrace with sea views. Here you will probably spend a lot of time in the sun, perhaps with your favourite drink, while you prepare the barbecue for a convivial evening.



The house is just a few metres from the listed harbour and 400 metres from a small pebble beach.



A few kilometres away is Svaneke, a showcase for modern gastronomy. If you want to learn more about the town's history, you can visit the church or the historic mill.
