Uniquely located house on the coast.

Newly renovated charming "fishing villa" from 1914 with fantastic views from both house and terrace, in the backyard there is plenty of space for relaxing and leisure activities etc.

The house has 4 bedrooms; of which 2 rooms are with double beds (180 x 200 cm) 1 room with 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm) and a room with 1 single bed (80 x 190 cm) = 7 beds in total.

There are 2 nice bathrooms, both with shower - one is brand new from 2022.

New kitchen from 2020 new appliances including dishwasher.

The house has a basement, renovated in 2022, a nice room for activities and stays, as it is partly above ground with plenty of light and air and sea views.



The house is located approximately 2 minutes walk, along a small road, from the old fishing harbor, Høkeren (grocery store) and Mikkeller Beer Bar and Restaurant as well as Aarsdale smokehouse. 5 minutes walk to restaurant Gorms Årsdale.



There are good swimming opportunities in the rocks near the house or from the fine beach by the harbor.
