"The view was adorable. The communication was okay, we missed some information about the button to get warm water to shower. Also WiFi connection was not that good The accomodation had everything we needed. Not that big, but that was good. Bibinje has some bars and restaurants but not that much. It's quiet. When there are guest in the upper apartments it's noisy. There was a little bit of dirt under the sofa. Parking lot in the neigbourhood was always free."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Iva and can wholeheartedly recommend it. We were particularly impressed by the stunning pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The beautifully designed outdoor area offers plenty of comfortable seating and is ideal for breakfast al fresco. Another highlight was the barbecue hut with its own kitchen and seating area a€“ perfect for convivial evenings. The entire property is modern, stylish, and very cozy. You feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hostess was also exceptionally friendly, warm, and always ready to help. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet and the relaxed atmosphere. A perfect place to escape the everyday hustle and bustle and unwind. Thank you for the wonderful time; we would love to come back!"

"Sehr schöne, neue Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und modernem, hochwertigem Inventar.Bei Ankunft fanden wir eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit Grundaustattung zur Reinigung sowie Kaffee und Gewürze vor. Im Kühlschrank gab es zur Begrüßung kalte Getränke. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und willkommen.Verkehrstechnisch ist die Wohnung gut gelegen, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr hilfreich war der reservierte Parkplatz vor dem Haus.Die Zufahrtstraße wird vermutlich erst befestigt, wenn die Außenbereiche der Häuser fertiggestellt sind.Der Kontakt zu Frau Kovacec war stets freundlich und völlig unproblematisch und wir haben bei Fragen immer umgehend eine Rückmeldung oder einen Anruf erhalten.Im April/Mai fanden wir diese Gegend bei super Wetter und angenehmnen Temperaturen ruhig und gemütlich, auch wenn noch nicht alle Lokale und Geschäfte immer geöffnet hatten.Uns hat es sehr gut im ELA Apartment in Turanj gefallen und wir hatten von hier aus eine tolle Ausgangsbasis um diese schöne Region Kroatiens kennenzulernen. Es gibt viel zu sehen und zu unternehmen, so dass uns in den 2 Wochen vor Ort nie langweilig wurde."
