"Marko was a fab host, he communicated quickly to queries and was super helpful with supporting us to hire a boat, find a local gym and letting us know about a fab lunch spot. The villa was lovely and the six of us were very comfortable throughput our stay. We had everything we needed available and Mario’s wine store was very handy! Everything was very clean and the vial was easy to find given the directions etc Marko had provided.We would definitely recommend the villa and highly commend Marko as a host. The views were amazing from one of the bedrooms and the lounge and pool. We loved the location and found it easy to get around in our car."

"Lovely little hotel, felt really intimate and unique, with nice stone walls and interesting decor. The main guy on reception - whose name I'm ashamed to have forgotten but he lives 50m down the road from the hotel - was absolutely brilliant, his English was excellent and he served as more of a concierge than a receptionist. He was very knowledgeable and we had a great chat on our last night. All other staff were friendly as well. A la carte breakfast was nice, with fresh fruit and yoghurt also provided, and you can enjoy great views as you take it out on the private lakefront terrace, from which you can also take a swim in the lake and make use of the complimentary towels and blankets in reception. The room was cosy, with a very powerful shower, comfortable bed, and an AC unit. Not completely soundproofed, but we didn't find that a problem. Wi-fi was not very good, which wasn't a problem for us as I got an eSim for the trip, and the 4/5G is excellent throughout the country. If renting a car, there should be ample parking spaces, even if you can't get a space right out front. I would mention that the road leading up to the hotel is a nightmare to drive on, if there are cars (or god forbid a bus!) coming the other way it can be very stressful, to the point where I refused to drive the next day, instead opting for the hour long walk into Kotor Old Town"

"The balcony is absolutely amazing. We spent most of our time either swimming right outside the apartment or on the balcony. We loved watching boats and cruise ships coming and going. The neighborhood is wonderful. Good restaurants, shops and bakery all easy to get to. The house is clean and comfortable. We did not want to leave! We will be back. The check in process is easy if you read the instructions. Parking spot was very handy. One recommendation is that if you’re going to drive, get the smallest car you can. The road around Kotor bay should be one way but is for two. Lots of close calls!"

"We had a wonderful holiday staying at the Stone House. The views are to die for and the apartment is perfect. I hadn't realised that there would be such an amazing view from the terrace, so that was an added bonus. Having direct access to the water was perfect for us and the water is so warm. It was very handy having the shop below for last minute food staples but there are other bigger shops within walking distance. We were glad we had hired a car for the last 3 days, as the only downside was the bus - only a 10 minute journey to Kotor but sometimes an hour and a half wait."
