My husband, dog and I stayed here for a quick 2 day getaway to visit Letchworth State Park and ebjoy the beauty and peacefulof the area. The cabin was super cozy, clean and perfect for the 3 of us.

Cozy short stay.

House was a nice stay, just out of the way for conveniences of a larger town, ie closeness of several restaurants, stores for necessities. However it was a relaxing stay and provided needs for everyday living.

Such a cute little place. Had everything we needed. The hosts were veey responsive and wonder. I would definitely stay here again! So close to Letchworth and some yummy places to eat.

Quiet country retreat

Very peaceful stay for an area event. Loved the fact that it is almost.."just bring your toothbrush" and relax. Comfortable interior and loved front porch times.

Cozy and enjoyable stay

The farmhouse was comfortable and quaint. Everything was clean and neat. The sofa and bed were comfortable. The air conditioner worked well would definitely recommend.

Just right for us

The location was perfect for the beautiful state parks to the west and the east. The farmhouse cottage provided everything without obligating us to rent a place much larger than we needed. The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep needing to be managed with care. If we were skiers we wouldn’t hesitate to return! We really appreciated Richie and Shannon’s quick response to our requests.

Wedding Getaway

This home was the perfect place and location for my husband and I. We had to travel for a wedding and this put us only a few miles away from wedding venue. Others had to travel much further!! The home is very cute and comfortable, we would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Fall getaway

Lovely little house, close to Letchworth park. So convenient to come and go. Beautiful back yard view. We were able to spend all day at the park one day and go back the next morning for a balloon ride! The only negative I saw was that the stairs to the bedroom were steep and a little difficult to climb after a long day

Nice Location, Has what we needed

All in all this is a cozy well equipped property. Just know that the stairs going up to the bedroom are quite steep. They provide a water cooler due to concerns about odor in the water but we didn’t think the water smelled bad. While the property is shared with the host, it was quiet and felt private. We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to Letchworth State Park.

Amazing Weekend

The process was so easy! The host answered all our questions and the farmhouse exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable and we got amazing sleep. The area was beautiful and it was an easy drive to the state park. We didn't want to leave! We finally got the quiet relaxing getaway that we needed. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Richie and Shannon for having us!

Quiet weekend getaway

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, private, and everything we needed was right there. We did not need to bring anything except, clothes, toiletries, and groceries. They provided linen, towels, and all other supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a wide array of K cups and teas to choose from. The bathroom has TP, tissues, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The place itself is charming, has a front porch with chairs, a big backyard, grill, a small table and chairs inside, cozy loveseat and a beautiful electric fireplace. We cozied up all weekend. The stairs to the bedroom are a little steep, but just take it slow and you will be fine. The bed was made with gorgeous linen, and the bedroom is huge. The hosts always got back to us in a timely manner, and when there was a slight glitch with the propane for the grill, they told us they would be right over if the tank was empty. It was not, but the fact they were going to bring us a new one if needed was very reassuring. Overall this place was great, and we would definitely stay here again.

This charming farmhouse fit our needs perfectly! We easily took several day trips in the area, enjoying the sites nearby- Letchworth State Park, Stoney Brook State Park, Corning and the Museum of Glass, Seneca Falls and the National Women's Hall of Fame, Six Flags Darian Lake and the Arcade & Attica Steam Railroad. The decor was lovely and the kitchen fully outfitted. We loved our stay!
