"The hotel is a bit "faded" but the staff were very kind. They did not speak English and I did not speak Hindi or Gujarati, so it was hard to communicate. I relied on other visitors who helped. Local food is excellent but it would help to have menus with pictures or descriptions of dishes if you intend to serve foreigners. It would help to make suggestions for standard meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, also to sell basics at reception such as water or soft drinks. "
"Our paid reservation was rejected without offering any alternative. Just zero assistance from the staff to get another booking. It is late in the night, finally we found a place to sllep"

"Great service, amazing breakfast options, and fabulous ambiance. Loved my stay. Their gym has been one of the most well equipped one I have seen in hotels. Which was a bonus. "
"The hotel is apparently 2 years old and it looks like that from the outside but from inside it seems like a 10 years old atleast because so many things are damaged on the inside. Like in our room, flooring was chipped and nuts were off. The place where you put your luggage had broken things. Bathroom door had broken outer cover so you can actually see the inside rubber, bathroom towel hanger was broken etc etc.
Rooms were dusty when we were in. Food was very average. Service was the worst with once they taking 45 mins for 2 dosas in the restaurant. Just doesn't feel Taj like.
Facilities for children were abundant though and spa was good.
Overall for the price it was OK but not a hotel where you would like to keep coming back for something."
