"First room (101- pet friendly) was quite disgusting. The smell of cigars/cigarettes and body odor knocked you over as you open the door. . 2nd room was better. But not very clean. The floors were only swept but had not been washed properly. Splatters all over walls and the door frame int the bathroom desperately needs a wipe down. Needless to say I actually cleaned the room myself. Garbage in hallway was there for several days. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. "

Sandman staff wouldn’t give me a receipt saying it had been refunded told me to contact Expedia? I don’t understand why as Expedia didn’t ask for a deposit or even state I needed to apply one? Now I have to wait up to 5 business days? "
