"Overall it was a decent stay, in the end when trying to check-out, I waited a good 10min. waiting for an agent to check me out. I needed to get back on the road again, and could not wait any longer. Unfortunately I called and called out for someone to hear, but nothing, so I left my keycards behind the counter. Very disappointed, I see the cameras facing clientele and either did not see me or was not there at all, there was not a sound coming from the closed door behind the counter either."
