"Room was very clean and comfortable. There was enough toiletries, and coffee/tea supplies, and was able to cook a basic meal, as a cooking hotplate was included in the room, with pots, electric frypan, crockery, and cutlery. Only negative to our 3 night stay, was that the weather was warm enough for a swim, yet the pool was closed, due to waiting on some kind of permission, from local council. Coles Reddy servo, and also 7eleven servo across the road, but fairly pricey, I'd recommend getting food supplies from supermarkets in Midland, which are only a few minutes drive from Big 4. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and price was very reasonable for our room. Would definately consider staying again. "

"Excellent location for exploring Kings Park, the city and West Perth area. Bring your bike and get some miles in around KP. Very friendly staff, rooms with innovative space use solutions, perfect for the short stay or a weekend staycation "
