  • Song of the Swan. Graceful living in the “Friendly City by the Sea.” Swansboro features a variety of coastal dining, water sports, live music, unique shops and scenic views! Enjoy it all while relaxing in this new, built 2024, 3-bedroom house in Swansboro. Charming neighborhood, close to everything Swansboro has to offer. The space features 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Yoga room/office with balcony. With 4 bathrooms, guests can enjoy plenty of privacy and convenience throughout their stay. The house stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. A hair dryer and iron are also available to make packing light and easy. This lovely home offers a nice balance of comfort and practicality. Plenty of free parking & 2 car garage. Front porch and back porch. Enjoy your time in Swansboro at our amazing house. -5 minutes to historical downtown Swansboro. -4 miles to new Carteret Health Care - Cedar Point Healthplex, coming fall of 2027. ***Monthly rentals available upon request, with special rates. Sorry, no pets. NO SMOKING, vaping, etc. on property!
