This house was built in 2017 and offers many rooms for you and extended family and friends. As a result of offering many rooms and being a two storey house, it is likely you will hear your guests shuffling around upstairs from the ground level.
We have sweeping views over the water and we overlook the Hazards. It is in the heart of Swansea and all shops in Swansea are within walking distance. It is a short drive to wineries and the beautiful scenery of the east coast.

The house was perfect for our weekend away celebrating our Mum's Birthday. Everyone had a comfy bed in their own bedroom and the house had everything we needed including toys and books for our toddler. The house is conveniently located in the centre of town and only a short walk to the beach, park, shops and cafes. We would all highly recommend!
