4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachside house in beautiful Swansea TAS. Recently been renovated internally. Spectacular ocean views from 2 sides of the house and balcony. Sleeps 8. Close proximity to beach, boat ramp and main street/shopping centre/supermarkets and golf course. A great place to chill out, de-stress and take in the fresh air. A haven for all water sports and magnificent wineries and the famous Wine Glass Bay only kilometers away!

Simply wow !!! Stunning view, superb property, best kitchen that I have seen across my bookings over the last 5 years....excellent host, smooth check-in. We stayed at this property for 4 nights in Jan 2026 and had the best experience for our holiday in Swansea.Close to town centre. Excellent property, Amazing views Kitchen has everything you need and Peter was a very friendly responsive and accommodating host. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On arrival we were apprehension about the 4th bedroom being seperate from the house, however we made this work.Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely breathtaking!

This property is so gorgeous and Swansea is a wonderful beach town. Close to all the “things to do” and the views from the property are breathtaking. The house has everything you would need and we were a big family of 8 and were absolutely comfortable. Peter is an amazing host, we are definitely going back and recommending all our friends to stay here for their TAS trip.

Seaview 5-star accommodation with beach access

Intriguing and detailed instructions via mobile phone upon arrival to open up an exquisitely equipped seaview accommodation with easy access to the beach as well as the amenities. Everything was perfect except a herd of ants noticed in the corner of the ceiling of downstairs bedroom probably due to the upcoming cold change.

Perfect holiday!

Our family of 7, including teenagers and young adults, all loved this spacious home in Swansea. There was plenty of room for all of us, beds were comfortable, the house clean and all necessities provided. The location is magic - overlooking the water for afternoon sunsets, a short walk down to the water and close to town for anything needed. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful location

Overall this stay was a beautiful comfortable stay in a great location. However, a rough start didn't get our group off to a happy stay with the owner taking more than an hour to respond to checking in request messages which left us unable to access the property, outside in the rain. Suggest updating check in procedures to send through these details the morning of so your visitors aren't left waiting. Lovely house in a great location.

Beautiful home, and the view!

So lovely to show up and have it feel like an actual home that someone cares about, really cozy interior while still being spacious and modern. The view is just spectacular, watching the sunrise over the ocean with morning coffee really can't be beat. One of the bedrooms is located in the bottom floor of the house completely isolated from the rest (with it's own bathroom/shower), it works as a little private apartment which was an unexpected perk. Would love to return and stay for a week.

Fantastic Stay

A fantastic stay for our two families including three kids. The house is very well equipped, spacious, clean, warm, and extremely comfortable!! Peter, the host was welcoming, helpful and great communication. We enjoyed stunning views from the balcony and swimming/playing the beach. My son and I like the 4th bedroom which is “secret hideout”. Thank you for letting us stay your house, Peter. We will be back:-).

Awesome ocean view from property

Interesting layout with a pseudo en-suite linked to a room - sort of a granny flat design with their garage converted space. Overall, we loved the stay - we lots of thoughtful stock of condiments in the kitchen. Each room also came with lovely welcome chocs! However, the ensuite room was a little dusty (may not have been used for awhile?) although it isn’t a deterrent for us to come again. It IS just a lovely place. Peter was also a very responsive host.
