DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Lazy Creek, where fun and adventure awaits you! This signature collection home is located in Waterfront Greens community, where you have the luxury of both access to the lake as well as the community golf course. When first walking into this spacious home you are welcomed by high rise ceilings and beautifully detailed wood finishings. After a long day of travel, wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day with a fresh cup of coffee on the back deck while breathing in the fresh mountain air. Get ready to explore the insane amenities this house has to offer. Take full advantage of the indoor pool as well as the lazy river (The first and only in Deep Creek!)! Challenge the kids to a family game night on the pool table or shuffleboard table or relax in the warm bubbles of the hot tub. On warm nights take advantage of the outdoor firepit where everyone can roast marshmallows and share campfire stories and then at the end of the day, cozy up and unwind in the private home movie theater. When you are ready to get out of the house and explore the area, the prime location makes it easy to see it all! In the summer spend the day outside exploring the many hiking trails in the nearby State Park, head over to the four-season Wisp Resort and take a ride on the mountain coaster or spend the days on the water cruising across the lake where you can dock at several restaurants for a quick bite to eat. During the winter make sure to pack up your snow gear and head out for the slopes where there are trails for all, including snow tubing! Or head out to the state parks for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. When you are ready to warm back up, head back to the house and curl up in front of the large stone fireplace and start planning your next adventure-packed day. Dock slip may be available to rent for an additional fee of $50/day; first come, first serve. Further details will be sent after booking. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

However, due to restrictions in place by homeowner insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned from all rentals, regardless of the training and temperament of the individual dog. TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.

Luxury in nature

The entire stay was incredible. Al the amenities were there as advertised and we used them to the full extent. Everyone enjoyed the stay and wished they could stay longer. We might even visit the same property next year
