"Laundry room dirty, coffee and hot water lukewarm at best, I have spent over a month in this hotel over the past few years and i have never seen the halls vacuumed…..they either need more staff or more motivation…..if this were not the only modern hotel in town it would be empty."

"Sheet needed to be changed and i pulled it off the bed and put it with the dirty towels, but they just made the bed without a fitted sheet. Otherwise everything went well. Clean and friendly staff."
