"In the middle of a neighborhood so we were a little concerned at first but its a beautiful property right on the lake with docks, a deck, and a boat landing. We had a lake view with a mini balcony, the room was very clean and not too old looking, and the bathroom was good for what we needed it for. Check in and out was easy."

"We only stayed for one night. The jets in the whirlpool didn't work. The outside door to the building wouldn't open with your key card. The soda machine took our money, gave us change, but the bottle didn't come out. But we got refunded from the front desk and a bottle of water. Otherwise everything seemed fine. The bed was great, so that makes up for some of the other issues. The staff was really helpful and polite."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property was nice, and the serene location made for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were good and contributed to a comfortable getaway. However, we were disappointed that, despite accurately communicating the number of guests in our party before our arrival, not all of the beds had been made. As a result, we had to make some of the beds ourselves upon arrival. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper on the last day of our stay. After searching the property, we were unable to find any extra supplies, so we had to ask family members to avoid using certain bathrooms for the remainder of our stay.With a little more attention to these details, the overall guest experience would be even better.Despite the above issues we would stay here again. It was a nice vacation house and cottage for a large family."

"The lodge was beautifully furnished and had everything we could want. The main living space was a bit small for our group but we easily managed. Martha and Dennis were terrific hosts and always willing to help with any issues. I highly recommend this location. Be sure to rent the boat along with your stay. The fishing was out of this world!!"
