Airport to the property is approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) and offers an ideal base for exploring Malta!
This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with one kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave), a TV, a small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals, a shared kitchen, and (2) bathrooms. This property also comes with balconies with inland/no views and can accommodate 8 up to 10 guests.

1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

(c) €25 wifi/TV connection monthly
(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
