This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave), a living room with TV, seating and dining area, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people up to 8. This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with a community view.

1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.

8. Monthly rates from 28 nights are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS; EXTRA PERSONS are €275 each and exclude utility bills, wifi/TV connection, and after check out cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works, and linens laundry) are paid monthly in advance.

(b) Bills for 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people), €180 (4 people) , and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

(c) €50 wifi/TV connection monthly

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
