"Wir waren bereits zum 7. Mal im Baltic Park Fort über VacationClub und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube. In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich Lüftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...

Rezerwowaliśmy pobyt dla dwóch dorosłych i dwójki dzieci z czego jedna dziewczynka ma 12 lat A druga prawie dorosła 17,5, wiek był podawany przy rezerwacji. "Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."
