Great location

Nice hotel with a great view of the ocean. As many hotels do, this also has a great deal of perfume everywhere, which is too powerful and not allergy friendly.

Nice as expected of the Hilton brand. Some language barriers at check in, parking is somewhat challenging. Had no warm water in the shower. Staff tried to remedy this, but water only turned lukewarm. Room is really nice, bathroom on the smaller side. Breakfast is abundant.

Our stay was nice, but not more than that. It was actually a bit disappointing for a five stars Hilton hotel. On the first shower we found out that it was clogged, the Shampoo bottle was empty and the shower gel was mixed with water. We called the reception and the staff responded quick so it was okay…but yet not such a great experience to start your stay. The water park is very nice but having only one hour free was also very (!!) disappointing, since there is no other alternative for pool there (with small child). I would expect from a five stars hotel that claims to have a pool to provide better terms for its guests. Breakfast was good but lacked some basic foods, dinner was very good. Location is super!!!

Tolle Unterkunft, super Lage, gleich am Meer und an der Promenade. Ausreichend Lokalitäten drum herum. Spa Bereich sehr angenehm. 1 Stunde freier Eintritt in den Baltic Park fand ich super, so konnte ich entspannt schwimmen. Frühstück waren wir leider nicht, da wir immer lange geschlafen haben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

Seit 5 Jahren ist das Hilton in Swinemünde für uns die Nummer 1! Das Zimmer in der 8. Etage wie immer topp, keine Abnutzungserscheinungen, alles war da wo es sein musste. Das Personal wie immer äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend, rücksichtsvoll und ist auf Wünsche eingegangen. Das Frühstück im Restaurant oder auf dem Zimmer war ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Einfahrt erfolgt über eine Schranke, das Ticket welches man erhält gibt man dann einfach an der Rezeption ab. Check in/out sehr unkompliziert, Parkplatz kann vor Ort gebucht werden - für die Wartezeit stehen Parkplätze vorm Hotel zur Verfügung (15min Parken). Die Ein/Ausfahrt mit dem Auto, während des Aufenthaltes, erfolgt mit der Zimmerkarte. Zimmer wie auf den Bildern, wirklich super! Ausstattung ist top, Service für Reinigung und die Sauberkeit ebenso top! Die Bar und das Frühstück im Hotel ist wunderbar. Das Restaurant ist ok, ein wenig teuer - außerhalb des Hotels ist es günstiger und ggf. sogar besser. Das Hotel ist wirklich in einer extrem guten Lage, besser geht’s nicht. Würde ich immer wieder buchen und kann es jedem empfehlen.

Perfektes Zimmer mit Teilblick aufs Meer, perfekter 5* Standard. Frühstück hatten wir nicht, es gab her tolle Frühstückslokale in der Umgebung. Der Spa Bereich war aber überraschend klein hinsichtlich der Anzahl der Saunen. Super Outdoor Whirlpool und schöner Ruhebereich.
