SM01:
Independent 2-room apartment (40m2) located on the ground floor. Prepared for max. 4 people. Windows in the bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) are directed to the south-eastern side and to the garden. In the living room is a sofa, where two people can comfortably sleep (the sleeping area after opening is 140x200cm). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen with the necessary equipment: crockery, cutlery, fridge with freezer, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Extra equipment: 32 LCD TV with cable, iron with ironing board, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, vacuum cleaner. At guests' disposal is a garden (south-east side, behind the building). The garden is shared with three other apartments. Unguarded on-site parking or free on the street. Important! In the apartment smoking is prohibited!

We invite you to spend your holiday in Swinoujscie, the landscape of the 44 islands. We offer for rent year-round apartment in an eight-family house on Siemiradzkiego street. The apartment is located in a quiet, green area in the northwestern part of Świnoujście. The distance to the promenade is about 900m. Nearby is the popular border market, the German-Polish border, an UBB stop, bus stop, bike paths and a forest.   

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Swinoujsie FeWo Objekt Nr. 2536577

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit günstigem Weg zur Stadt und zur Seepromenade.Die Ausstattung war neu und zweckmäßig. Ein Parkplatz wurde uns gleich neben dem Haus für das Auto zugewiesen. Eine Abfalltonne steht für das Objekt zur Verfügung, eine Trennung des Abfalls ist nicht möglich. Wünschenswert wäre: ein zweites Nachtschränkchen mit Lampe in der Küche Schüssel und Kompottschälchen, in der Dusche Abstellmöglichkeit für Duschbad und ein Gummiabzieher für die Duschwände. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Katrin & Jürgen
