"Front desk is not staffed after 10pm we arrived at 11 and were able to get into the lobby to see window closed and signage about calling 500 on the house phone but no house phone visible in lobby. It was on the wall back in the vestibule between the doors. Left slightly confused for about 60 seconds. Process needs to be better signed or lobby door locked with a sign. All good after that."

"The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean. Negatives were: 1) Pillows were lumpy and 2) although the room appeared that it had recently been renovated the main room door looked like it had been kicked in and then repaired. Very large gap at bottom of door, lock did line up well but was completely functional. Despite these things would stay again."

"The property was in an excellent location. Very close to the toll road, and located near a number of other properties. Because it is an extended stay property, there were no daily cleaning services. Additionally, the "queen" beds were the smallest queen beds I've ever slept in! Other than they, it was fine. Clean, quiet and accessible."
