"There was an issue with the bed frame in our room where the plastic bumper/cap was missing, leaving a sharp exposed metal corner sticking out beyond the mattress. I accidentally bumped into it and it ripped my jeans. I reported it to staff, but no one came to address the issue during our stay. Even after reporting it, the exposed metal continued causing problems throughout the trip. My daughter caught her pants on it multiple times, and my formal dress also snagged on it. Thankfully neither ripped, but only because we became extremely cautious around the bed. What was most frustrating was not just the damaged clothing, but that the issue was never fixed, there was no apology, and no offer of compensation for the ruined jeans despite it being a safety hazard."

"The hotel was nice for a quick overnight stay. The property itself was well-kept and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The room appeared clean overall, but I did notice mold buildup on the screen inside the AC unit, which was concerning. Aside from that issue, the stay was decent and convenient for a short visit."

"Very clean, quiet, and roomy. Bathroom was very large and spotless. Breakfast was very good. Pancakes, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, etc. as usual. But the mini spinach-egg-cheese cups were delicious with real bacon."
