Our Ferienhof SONDERBYGAARD ​​has three units:

On the large, park-like natural plot (about 8.500 square meters) with old trees, there are large playgrounds, a vegetable and flower garden and a small duck pond. The GAUBENwohnung extends over two floors and offers space for max. 4 people - ideal for couples or a small family.
On the ground floor is a small hallway with wardrobe, storage rack and a freezer.
From there it goes over a broad staircase into the large, open living space in the 1st. OG with kitchenette with dishwasher, stove / oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining table for 4 people, TV with satellite channels, sofa / chair combination in front of large windows, a bedroom double bed, a separate sleeping area with 140cm bed, large bathroom with bathtub.

Wunderbar am Ende der Halbinsel Kegnaes gelegen. Naturliebhaber, die sich nach Ruhe und Meer sehnen, kommen hier auf ihre Kosten.

Ich hatte eine gute und erholsame Zeit auf der Insel Kegnaes und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus der herzlichen Gastgeber und in der schönen Umgebung.Während meines Aufenthaltes fuhr ich täglich Rad und konnte anschließend die Ruhe in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung genießen. Sie ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber darauf war ich eingestellt. Es fehlte mir an nichts. Mein Vorschlag: Eine kleine Tiefkühlabteilung wäre von Vorteil. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm!Das Grundstück ist sehr stark zugewachsen mit reichlich Bäumen... Ein wenig Sicht auf das Wasser würde das Inselfeeling noch um einiges verschönern, was der Vermieter auch sicher bald in Angriff nimmt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stehen jederzeit zur Seite. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal aus Stralsund.Stefan

Sehr liebenswerte Unterkunft

Wir haben zu zweit vier Nächte in der großen Gaubenwohnung im ersten Stock verbracht. Sabine und Matthias haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert, auch als es ein paar technische Probleme gab, die sich nicht kurzfristig beheben ließen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, schon die Anfahrt über die Insel ist ein Erlebnis. Das ehemalige Gut ist absolut ruhig, gemütlich und direkt am Meer gelegen und verfügt über ein schönes Naturgrundstück. Die Unterkunft ist inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wer neue Fenster, eine neue Designerküche, ein Designerbad und ein gärtnergepflegtes Parkgrundstück mit neuem Mobiliar erwartet, sollte lieber eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Wer viel Ruhe, freundliche und humorvolle Vermieter und eine schöne, ganz besondere Atmosphäre (inklusive Hühnerfütterung, Apfel- und Nussbäumen) sucht, der ist hier richtig.

Tolle Zeit mit viel Ruhe und hyggelige Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung, in der es uns an nichts fehlte. Schöne Strände in der Nähe und super sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr gastfreundlich

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in unserem Urlaub. Sabine und Matthias sind sehr herzlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Außerdem sind die beiden jederzeit ansprechbar und geben Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, können Sabine und Matthias als Vermieter nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Hyggelig

Offene und großzügige, aber trotzdem gemütliche Gaubenwohnung mit genügend Platz für unsere Familie. Sehr großer Garten mit Obstbäumen zum selbst bedienen und ganz viel Platz zum Spielen. Die Gastgeber Sabine und Matthias sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar, falls es mal ein Problem gibt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.:)

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus in mitten wunderschöner Landschaft

Das Haus ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles wie beschrieben und sauber. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Haus ist ruhig und in der Strandnähe gelegen und hat einen wunderschönen Garten. Man kann tolle Ausflüge machen. Die Kommunikation mit Sabine und Matthias vor der Anreise hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir wurden sogar persönlich begrüßt! Wer ruhige, erholsame und ungestörte Tage genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Es war ein schöner und gelungener Urlaub!!

Spontantrip nach Dänemark

Wir sind relativ kurzfristig auf das schöne alte Bauernhaus, nicht weit von der Grenze entfernt, gestoßen. Die Buchung und Kommunikation verlief schnell, gut und unkompliziert. Die super netten Vermieter haben uns vor Ort in Empfang genommen und nützliche Tipps mit auf den Weg gegeben. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren sie immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit wenn etwas war. Das Haus ist ein altes Bauernhaus und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bei der Ausstattung nichts vermisst. Auf der Insel selbst gibt es außer ein paar Kiosken bei den Campingplätzen keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Auch sonst ist auf der Insel nicht viel (kein Café oder ähnliches). Für Menschen die Ruhe suchen also genau das richtige.

Jahreswechsel auf Sonderbygaard

Der Ferienhof Sonderbygaard war genau der richtige Ort für einen ruhigen und entspannten Jahreswechsel. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Matthias in Empfang genommen, haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den Garten und die Ostsee sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein toller Ort zum entspannen.

Sehr schöne Lage in Meernähe. Hier findet man die Ruhe sich zu entspannen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und besorgt um das Wohl der Gäste. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Rundum ein schöner (Kurz)Urlaub in DK.

Charmante, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Landhausstil

Wem Charme, Stil und nette Vermieter wichtiger sind als eine super-moderne und steril-saubere Ferienwohnung ist hier genau richtig, gerade mit Kindern. Unsere Kinder haben den Garten genossen, mit Vorliebe die Hühner gefüttert und natürlich die Nähe zum Meer. Auch die anderen beiden Wohnungen, die wir sehen konnten, sind sehr schön. Lieber Matthias, liebe Sabine, danke für die schöne Zeit und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein wunderschöner Ort zur Erholung mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Wir waren beeindruckt von der naturbelassenen Landschaft und den freundlichen sowie kinderlieben Menschen. Überall haben wir in offene Gesichter geschaut. Die Weite und Ruhe war unschlagbar. Und die Ferienunterkunft war gemütlich eingerichtet.
