The accommodation is a granny flat positioned behind the former main house.
The former house has been demolished and, at present, there is no active construction taking place and no construction work is scheduled during your stay. The surrounding area may therefore look different from a traditional established backyard, but the granny flat itself is completely set up for guests and provides a private space for your stay.
As the property is located in a residential neighbourhood, we ask guests to be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly at night.
