Wonderful reception girl - in fact only saw young people at Reception -- do they run the property? Convenient to everything. But you did have a short walk uphill to parking - difficult for older people.

we enjoyed our stay. some improvements would make the experience so much better. the shower soaking the toilet area is very annoying. the rooms are small which is accepted, but the layout does not make them most of the space available. the hanging space should be halved and extra shelves installed. there is excessive seating which could also be turned into storage. the storage areas do not need doors on them, just leave them open but it would make the room so much more practical.

Right next to Pyrmont Bridge, making easy access to both sides of Darling Harbour. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, modern layout and decor. Compact room which is suitable for a few nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk to the light rail station.

Very good location. Everything I wanted to see was in walking distance. Busstop for hop on hop off bus is right accross the street.

On the plus side, the Aiden is conveniently located in Pyrmont (only a short walk across the Pyrmont Bridge to the CBD). The rooms are small but are fine for a short business stay, with nice bathrooms which are very clean. I like that you can fill bottles of sparkling water from a communal tap on each floor. That's all good and I like the design too. On the not as good side, the staff make you check yourself in and out, which I don't love but it is their system. Breakfast was a bit so-so (rock hard toast). The area around the hotel can be a bit dodgy (I walked past someone using the street as their toilet) but that's not the fault of the hotel - so be alert for that if you're out late and on your own.

Great Hotel
I have stayed here the 2nd time and I have loved it - excellent location and really central to everything. Room was spacious and great service and food A special shout out to Monica one of the staff who was fabulous - great service

This is a charming boutique hotel. The facilities were recently renovated and have all the modern conveniences. The rooms were on the small size but comfortable. The staff were amazing - extremely helpful and friendly. There is a little bar and eatery if you don't want to lrave the room.

Needed a quick & cheap last minute room. The room was tiny but catered for everything I needed for an overnight stay. Location was absolutely perfect for Darling Harbour events. Staff were helpful & pleasant.

You can't fit a king size bed in a single size room so why try... ? Just to sell a king size room .. ? You can't get in and out of the bed .. there's no chair to sit on and no table to use a lap top or drink a coffee .. Simply not good enough !

The Property was walking distance to restaurants and The Star. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff are very polite and professional, I will stay here again.

Although I had a room without a view, the staff and location made up for it. The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. The only suggestion is to have more vegan options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is charming and quiet. It sits across from Darling Harbour and many shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again (even if I had a room without a view.
