The apartment complex has street entry through commercial businesses. Walk down the ramp on the left-most side then turn slightly right. Use the building key on the glass door. The lift is in the lobby. Take it to level four and turn left. Follow the hallway to apartment 411, which is on the left-hand side.

Manly is an affluent neighbourhood famed as one of Sydney’s surf havens with Manly Beach and a range of point breaks. It attracts travellers seeking a relaxed coastal vibe only 30 minutes by ferry from the Sydney CBD. Coastline walks reveal numerous headlands with panoramic Sydney and Pacific Ocean views, while much of Manly’s cosmopolitan style can be found within its bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques along The Corso.

Had my wife's sisters to stay and didn't have enough room. This place was perfect in manly for a few nights. The balcony was a great place for a few drinks or to watch the moon or sun come up.
Cleaning was not done after the last visit is moved out, along with the air-conditioning in the living room not working properly, the Internet was so slow it was faster to use the phone, and a lot of pigeon feces on the air conditioner for the second bedroom, the location was acceptable, this rental needs attention.
Great location and property for 3 adults. Fabby balcony area and view. Secure building as well. Could get to the lock box to return the keys due to bicycles in the Sy but Comfy was helpful with an easy alternative!
Amenities, cleanliness,comfort all below average. The aircon in the main bedroom didn’t work, the fan in the ensuite didn’t work and the television didn’t work. On two days the lift didn’t work, one of them being the last day and we had to carry all our belongings down the fire escape stairs.
The check in process is appalling, it was pouring rain, and I had to access the lock box which was attached to a bike rack on the ground, so I got saturated retrieving keys. The location is great, but the property has no love, it's so run down. My shower was dirty like it hadn't even been wiped over.

Very disappointed about the property as the balcony was not clean.bbq was unusable and filthy, none of the outside furniture was clean and had to be cleaned just to sit down outside. On arrival we found a used towel that was left hanging in the bathroom.We also had to clean all the kitchen tops including dining table. Our concerns were made to the property owner but not resolved.

Beachfront Manly Apartment
Excellent location, however property needs urgent maintenance to bring to modern standards which warrant the price charged. Carpet needs replacing, pillows need replacing, patio areas need cleaning and tidying up, barbecue needs replacing, extra blankets need to be provided. Steep driveway to underground parking can cayse scraping on cars - warning should be given before booking
