Spacious townhouse with three bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed and two single beds). Has a recently renovated kitchen, separate laundry room (with washing machine) and a spacious lounge and dining area.

Footsteps to the golden sands of Mona Vale beach and opposite the Mona Vale Golf Course. Street parking available.

In convenient location accessible by public transport and close to shops.
