Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. Any breach of this policy may result in immediate eviction, financial penalties, and no refund.



BOOKING RESTRICTIONS

* The primary guest making the booking must be 25 years of age or older.

* No parties or events.

* No smoking or vaping.

* No illegal or illicit activities.

* Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.



MAXIMUM GUESTS / BED CONFIGURATION

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for infants due to safety considerations.



REDUCED MOBILITY

The apartment is located one level above street level and is accessed via a central carpeted staircase. There is no lift access.



MID-STAY CLEANS

Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

For stays longer than 14 days, we highly recommend scheduling a mid-stay clean. Your host will contact you to discuss the available options.



PARKING

Being located just 150 metres from Coogee Beach, street parking can be very limited, particularly during weekends, public holidays, and the summer months.

We recommend arriving by public transport, taxi, or Uber whenever possible. The apartment is conveniently serviced by several regular bus routes with easy access to Sydney CBD, Bondi Junction, Randwick, and the airport.

To note : we have two designated street disability parking spaces directly in front of the property.

BUILDING POLICIES



The following policies have been established by the building management to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all residents and guests. We appreciate your cooperation.



NO PARTYING policy

Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted under any circumstances. This includes playing loud music or disturbing neighbours. Guests found breaching this policy will be subject to immediate eviction with no refund, to an additional penalty fee of $1,500-$3,000 to cover building fines, additional cleaning, security callouts, and associated costs.



NO SMOKING Policy

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the apartment, balconies, terrace, and all common areas.

Guests who breach this policy may incur additional cleaning and deodorising charges.



RUBBISH DISPOSAL policy

Please dispose of all rubbish using the designated bins.

Leaving rubbish bags or other waste in any communal area of the building will result in a $100 penalty fee.
