Frank’s place was exactly as pictured on the website. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet despite it being right in CBD. Agree w/all the other reviews that the location was perfect, so close to transportation, shopping and the sites!! Frank was super responsive and accommodating. The 24 hr concierge made us feel very safe. Bed was comfortable, shower was roomy, and had just the right amount of kitchen supplies to cook a small meal. Our only issue was getting to the right elevator, our misunderstanding, not Frank’s fault. Would definitely book again if we come back to Sydney. Don’t hesitate to book!!
