Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour

"Staff was really friendly and helpful. Condition of rooms that I was allocated was not. First room the Black out blinds could not be shut and was stuck. They assigned me to another room and the heating in that room does not work. The location of the toiletries such as body gel, shampoo and conditioner was at the end of the bathtub, other end of the shower head.... I had to carefully walk down the end of bathtub to get to them and bathtub was quite slippery."

"We had the most amazing stay at The Fullerton Hotel. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, the room was luxurious and we had the perfect view because it was Vivid and the lights was amazing. The location is excellent too so central and close to everything which made our night exploring the city so easy. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it memorable with a birthday cake and a late checkout which was so thoughtful. I highly recommend The Fullerton to anyone looking for a perfect Sydney stay, especially for a special occasion, we can’t wait to come back"

"We had a room with a view of the street. Some rooms had views of surrounding walls. Cup left under bed from prior booking and wardrobe door required adjustment to close properly. Full length mirror located beside toilet ( not nice)so no use in checking attire.Bed was comfortable and well made. Some rooms recently renovated but not this one, however we only paid basic amount."

"Stayed as a solo traveller for one evening while waiting for my flight. Stayed in a king room and the room was too dark in my opinion, which is in complete contrast to the photos displayed online. I requested for a different room; the staff were helpful and tried to look for another room, but was informed none was available as they had a full house that time. Bed was clean. Mouldy grout in the shower, which sadly, I didn't see til I used the shower the next morning. Hallway was definitely too dark and narrow. Could fit a medium suitcase and a cabin suitcase being wheeled, though still too tight. Walls had a lot of dings. Toiletries provided, though I brought my own. TV in room has ability to cast shows from my phone. WiFi was a bit slow for me. Overall, stay was ok"
