This was your first time staying at Ingenia Holidays Nepean River It was way better than we expected It was incredibly clean well maintained, and the staff were all very very friendly and helpful It was also quite close to the Nepean Riverwalk Which made it very easy to have a productive and carefree morning We will definitely be staying again

Nice clean and functional motel room with en suite. Bar size fridge. Use of full kitchen in same block, which also was clean and functional. The park is not in a very nice location but easy to get places by car.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a full size fridge. Internet was excellent. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Lights in kitchen/dining/living were half burnt out and very dim. Kitchen table very wobbly. However, more good than bad about this stay and we will definitely stay there again if we can.

Cabin was very clean which was good to see. The grounds had good facilities with playground, pool etc. The downsides for us were… the beds were extremely hard and coverlet very thin…there was no soundproofing in the walls so we could hear footsteps etc every time someone moved in the next door cabin…there was also a loud banging type noise that would go off every little while and greatly interrupted our sleep.

Pool was empty! And that was not mentioned Couldn’t use the TV Floor of cabin was really dirty, I wore my socks and gee!!! They were covered in dust or dirt No top sheet supplied for beds Glasses were not washed properly There was slimy water on top shelf of fridge I won’t be booking again!

Good value budget accommodation
The bed was comfortable. A fan would have been an improvement as we don’t like air conditioning on overnight. Only 2 trains disturbed my husband’s sleep.

We booked a studio and was very surprised by the "studio" we walked into... therw was no space, the aircon didnt work, the tv was miniscule, the shower was terrible, the toilet was hard to flush and there was actually zero space for any toiletries by the sink. We will not book again and dont recommend for anything more than a single one night stay.

We were disappointed to arrive at our room around 10.30 pm after a long day and find there were no sheets on the kids bed. I asked at reception the next day and she said yeah we dont make the kids beds. Very disappointed i didnt think it was such a high expectation to expect sheets to be on the beds.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that the cabin you booked did not meet your expectations during your recent stay with us. All beds except bunks are made ready for the guests and each bunks are supplied with linen, pillows and towels. I have informed our housekeeping staff regarding the lack of linen in the bunk beds. We take your comments on board as we continue to make improvements to our park in future.
