Perfect location. Pretty cozy but wouldnt say 5 star, maybe the pool etc but not the room. Shower drain was clogged from day 1 and floods the floor when showering. Kitchen utensils need an upgrade such as new pots and pans and sharp knives to prepare food with as the one provided was blunt. Perhaps plastic cups and plates for kids. And new pillows as theyre all old and flat and better quilt covers. And some degreaser on the sliding door of bedroom. Hot water in the kitchen was also bad as you have to wait a really long time for it to get hot. Other than all that, i had a pleasant stay

Sergi is a very responsive host who communicated with us and addressed concerns and change requests in a very timely manner. Location of the apartment was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Paramatta. It was a short walking distance from all sorts of shopping, cafes/"Eat Street", trams, trains, river ferry and the river walk. Trips into Sydney were easy via ferry or train. Parking was easy to access and trips to Blue Mtns/Bondi/Canberra were easy. Having a pool/hot tub/fitness facility on site was a bonus. Apartment size was great; two bedrooms, large living room and enclosed balcony was great for us. Washer/dryer in apartment was a must for our month long stay. Residential security was great (fob access specified where you, or others, could get too). With the extended stay discount it was good value w.r.t. other listed properties in the area.Two concerns. Firstly it is impossible to shower without getting water onto the bathroom floor, even when explicitly trying not too (one 6ft and one 5ft 4" tall guest and it constantly happened to both of us). We had to place hand towels on the floor and dry them daily. Secondly, we would not consider this luxury. While everything was good, the apartment, fixtures and fittings could do with a deep clean and refresh.
