Perfectly positioned, only a few minutes walk from Kurrajong Village, this contemporary home is perfectly designed to welcome up to 7 guests, with 4 bedrooms + a dedicated study, a large multimedia room, 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms and multiple indoor and out door living spaces.

There is a lot on offer in the village with multiple cafes, eateries, restaurants and shops. Locals and guests alike can do all their shopping in the village with a great butcher, supermarket, chemist, bakery, deli, bottle shop and doctors surgery all available.
Kurrajong is on the doorstep to all that is on offer in the Hawkesbury and the Blue Mountains including national parks, bushwalking, cellar doors, botanic gardens, pick your own fruit, nut and flower farms.
Weddings and functions ; Within a short drive to multiple wedding venues such as Loxley On Bellbird Hill, Turpentine Tree, Chapel Hill, Hawkesbury Race Club and Crown Plaza -Windsor to name a few.
*Magnolia House can be perfectly paired with Kurrajong Holiday House or Hailey@Kurrajong if guests require additional accommodation. All within an easy walk between properties.

Firewood , while every effort to provide some firewood for guests between March and September is made, this supply is not guaranteed. Guests can purchase wood from the local service stations or IGA.
A pre authorised amount of $500 will be held on your assigned credit card for any damages or excess cleaning/rubbish removal. Please ensure funds are available as access information will not be provided until funds are held. Funds will be secured 2 days prior to arrival and released within 7 days.
Note - Full reservation payment is due seven days prior to check in. For Christmas & Easter periods full payment is due thirty days prior to arrival.
