Wonderful access to public transport with a 10 minute walk to Mosman Village and a 4 minute walk to bus stops in Avenue Road or Ragland Street. A 13 minute walk to Mosman Bay Ferry is ideal to travel into Circular Quay and the city.

Close proximity to Taronga Zoo, Manly Beach, Cremorne Cinema, Luna Park.

This is a walk up apartment (with two flights of stairs) on the top floor, with only one common wall. The apartment is quiet with a private leafy outlook.
